Daybook for bakeries
The bakery log, kept on phones.
Bakeries start early and keep cakes on display all day. Daybook logs cake deliveries with their temperature, tracks cakes in and out of the fridge, and keeps the deep clean rota for each weekday.

Why bakeries use it
Made for the way you work.
Cake rules
Set how long cakes can be out, and require a note when a delivery arrives damaged.
Early starts, weak signal
Checks save on the phone first and back up later, so a back room with no signal is fine.
Training, kept
Certificate photos and expiry badges for each baker.
Questions
Good to know.
Is Daybook only for bakeries that sell cakes?
No. If you don’t need the cake checks, the owner can switch them off and keep the rest.
Can we record allergen training?
Yes. Allergen Awareness is in the course list, with a certificate photo and expiry badge. Daybook records training; it doesn’t provide it.
