Staff training records, kept.

Each person’s training is stored with a photo of the certificate, taken in the app. Every record shows the date and a badge, such as “Expires in 12d” or “No expiry”. Managers and the owner see it. Staff don’t.

In the app

How it works, step by step.

  1. 1

    Add a course

Pick from the course list: Food Hygiene Level 2, Allergen Awareness, Fire Safety, Emergency First Aid at Work and more.

  2. 2

    Photograph the certificate

Take the photo in the app. It is kept with that person’s record.

  3. 3

    Watch the badges

Expiry badges show what needs renewing. Filter by everyone or one person.

  4. 4

Add it to the inspection record

Include the training register and the certificate images in the PDF.

The record

What gets written down.

  • Course name and date for each person
  • A photo of each certificate
  • Expiry badges, or “No expiry”
  • The training register in the inspection PDF

Daybook records training. It does not provide training or certify anyone. Course names and refresher times are common practice, not legal requirements.
