Fridge temperature log, in seconds.
Every fridge, freezer and hot-hold is a row with its safe range beside it. Staff type the reading, tick it and sign. AM and PM are kept separate, and warm or hot readings are flagged straight away.

How it works, step by step.
- 1
Open Fridge Temps
From the Today screen. Kitchen and front of house each see their own equipment.
- 2
Type each reading
The safe range sits on every row, for example “Safe up to 5 °C · hot above 8 °C”.
- 3
Add a comment if needed
Note what was done about a warm reading. Mark a unit out of service for today.
- 4
Save and sign
The reading is saved with the person’s name and the time. AM and PM are signed separately.

Questions
Good to know.
Can I log freezers and hot-hold too?
Yes. Each fridge, freezer and hot-hold unit is its own row, with its own safe range shown.
What if someone types the wrong number?
Signing again adds a dated correction beside the first entry. The first entry stays, so the record is honest.
Does it connect to temperature probes or sensors?
No. Readings are typed in by staff. Daybook doesn’t connect to sensors or probes today.
